Good to know before you book
Can we hold a small corporate retreat at Color House?
Yes, for a group of up to 35 staying guests. There’s fast Wi-Fi throughout, desks in several suites, a great room and family room for sessions and four dining tables that seat everyone together. The house isn’t available for large events beyond the group staying there.
How many people can sleep at Color House?
35, in 8 sleeping rooms: 7 bedroom suites with private bathrooms (six with king beds) plus a flex room with a queen sofa sleeper. The Bunk Room sleeps 10.
Is there fast Wi-Fi?
Yes, fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, with desks in several of the suites and in the main-floor flex room.
Can we bring a chef or caterer?
Yes. The chef’s kitchen has two full-size refrigerators, two gas ranges and double ovens, and four dining tables that seat the whole group together.
Is the hot tub heated year-round?
Yes. It’s kept at 103°F all year. Pool heating is optional at $125 a day with 24 hours’ notice, recommended October through March.
How far is Color House from Zion National Park?
29 miles to the entrance, 30–45 minutes depending on traffic. Sand Hollow State Park is 5 minutes away and St. George Regional Airport about 30 minutes.
