Color House sleeps 35 — seven bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, plus a flex office/bedroom (8 sleeping rooms in all), including six king suites and the famous 10-bed bunk room. Make the most of the 2 game rooms, the chef’s kitchen that tempts you to cook & stay in, instead of go out, and the large back yard pool and slide. Indulge in leisurely swims and soothing soaks, creating cherished memories under the sun or stars. Color House Rules
- Neighborhood quiet time: 10pm-7am weekdays; 11pm-8am weekends
- No parties or events
- Waterfall and slide will be winterized (turned off) November–February
- Pool heating by request $125/day with 24-hour notice (recommended October–March)
- No waterballoons (will incur excessive cleaning fee)
- No pets
- No smoking/vaping anywhere on premises
- Parking for 4–6 cars in the garage and driveway; street parking also available
- Parking is allowed on one side of street; overflow parking for large vehicles is available in the large lot at the edge of the complex
- No glass in pool area

We made so many great memories. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing stay for our family reunion with 28 people. The home was clean, modern, and perfectly set up for a large group. We loved that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed.
The pool was the highlight of the house, and everyone from kids to adults had a blast. There was a Walmart nearby for anything we forgot. We made so many great memories. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property for our family, especially for the grandkids who are all under 13. The home had plenty of room for 16 of us. So convenient to Zion NP and many other parks in the area. Several of the kids said the best part of the trip was the pool and game room! We messaged Cortney a few times with questions and always had a response promptly. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers and everything we needed. 3 washers/dryers, plenty of towels for the pool…what a great vacation home! Memories were made!

Sand Hollow State Park Reservoir
Incredible water fun is just five minutes away! Sandy beaches, cliff jumping, waterskiing, jet skiing–Sand Hollow provides endless fun in a gorgeous setting. Color House provides two standup paddle boards and life vests.
Quail Creek State Park
Another breathtaking reservoir just five minutes from Color House, Quail Creek offers 600 acres of the warmest waters in the state. Fishing, boating, and beautiful beaches make this a great place to spend the day.
Sand Hollow Sand Dunes
62,000 acres of trails and sand! ATV and OHV rentals are available onsite or from several local outlets. Color House & Elim Valley Resort provide lots of overflow parking for large trailers so you can bring your toys!

World class golf courses are just minutes away from Color House: Entrada at Snow Canyon, The Ledges of St. George, Green Springs Golf Course, Sand Hollow Resort, Sunbrook Golf Club, Sky Mountain, Coral Canyon, Black Desert Resort–the list goes on! So many incredible options at varied price ranges.
Bryce Canyon National Park
A 2 hour drive from Color House, Bryce Canyon National Park makes for a stunning day trip! Beautiful hikes and drive-through scenery make this park a favorite!
Snow Canyon State Park
A top Utah destination for hikers, climbers, and sight see-ers! The unique and breathtaking rock formations are a distinctive Utah delight. Take in a summer performance at nearby Tuacahn outdoor theater for a memorable experience.
Glen Canyon Dam/Lake Powell
Once you’ve exhausted all the local waterways, head to Lake Powell for a truly unforgettable day. It’s a little over 2 hours from Color House, so plan accordingly.
