The Backyard
Our guests’ favorite! A private, walled backyard built for full days and better evenings: the pool glowing under string lights, the waterfall running, a basketball hoop mid-game, the gas fire pit crackling for the nightly recap — plus a hot tub kept hot year-round, a waterslide, and a putting green for settling bragging rights before tee times at Sand Hollow and Copper Rock.

The Game Garage
The game garage doesn’t hold cars. It holds skee-ball, foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, and two arcade cabinets — Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat, each loaded with 14+ classic games. Air-conditioned, so tournaments survive 100° afternoons.
The Chef’s Kitchen
Cooking for 35 takes two of everything — so that’s what’s here: two gas ranges, double ovens, two full-size refrigerators, and a big quartz island that seats six while dinner comes together. Stocked with the pots, dishes, spices, and counter space to feed the whole reunion without borrowing a thing.
Dinner, All Together
Four dining tables seat the entire group at once — no shifts, no kids’-table exile unless you want one. We even have a folding table and chairs in the garage. The great room wraps a sectional around the fireplace and a big-screen TV that’s hosted more than one family karaoke night (bring your own microphone).
The Family Room
The upstairs family room is its own arcade: ping pong and shuffleboard mid-room, a big-screen TV with PS5 and Xbox, a stack of board games, and a wraparound sectional with stunning red-rock views. When video games and movie night collide, there’s another lounge to spill into.
Sleeping 35, Comfortably
Seven ensuite sleeping rooms — king suites, a loft that sleeps seven, and the famous 10-bed bunk room — plus a flex room with a pull-out bed. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, many with 75-inch TVs and workspaces. The full room-by-room bed map is on the FAQs page.
