Pool and waterslide
A private, walled backyard with a waterfall, string lights and a gas fire pit. Pool heating is available for $125 a day (recommended October–March).
Hot tub at 103°F
Heated and open year-round, including the months the slide is winterized.
Air-conditioned game garage
Skee-ball, foosball, pop-a-shot and two arcade cabinets with 14+ classic games each.
A kitchen with two of everything
Two gas ranges, double ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and place settings for 35.
A place to sit for everyone
Four dining tables seat 32, the island seats 6 right beside them, and the patio table seats 10. Extra tables and chairs are in the garage.
A bathroom in every bedroom
Seven en-suite bedrooms plus a work/sleep room. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers provided.

The backyard
Our guests’ favorite. Pool, waterslide, waterfall, hot tub, basketball hoop, putting green and a gas fire pit for the nightly recap. The slide and waterfall are winterized mid-November through February (weather dependent).
The game garage
It doesn’t hold cars. It holds skee-ball, foosball, pop-a-shot, and Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat arcade cabinets, and it’s air-conditioned for 100° afternoons.
Kitchen and dining
Two gas ranges, double ovens, two refrigerators and a quartz island that seats six while dinner comes together. Four dining tables seat 32, with six more at the island right beside them.
The family rooms
Upstairs: ping pong, shuffleboard, a big-screen TV with PS5 and Xbox, board games and a sectional with red-rock views. Downstairs, the great room has a fireplace, a second sectional and another big screen.
