Common questions
Is the pool heated?
Pool heating is $125 a day. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and it will be 85°F when you arrive. We recommend it October through March.
Is the hot tub heated year-round?
Yes. It’s kept at 103°F all year.
What's included in the price?
The whole house for your group of up to 35, the private pool, hot tub, game garage and putting green, fast Wi-Fi and three washers and dryers. The only extras are the cleaning fee, 13.65% Utah lodging tax and optional pool heating.
