We’re Cortney Huber and Lana Bailey — family friends and business partners for more than 13 years, and the two people who personally answer every message you send. Color House is what happens when two families who love hosting build the reunion house they always wanted: everyone together under one roof, and nobody on an air mattress.
Cortney is a full-time realtor with a keen eye for detail and design; Lana works in the non-profit sector and brings her passion for connection and community. As moms and world travelers, we’ve stayed in homes and hotels across the globe, gathering inspiration along the way. Our vision for Color House is simple: to create the kind of place we would want to stay on our own travels — welcoming, stylish, and perfectly suited for gathering with the people who matter most.
Why Groups Come Back
We manage the house ourselves — no property manager, no call center — and we typically respond within the hour, with a team member nearby when you need a hand.
