Who the Blue Room is for
Upstairs, sleeps three, and it is the one with the desk.
If somebody in your group is half-working through the trip — and in a group of thirty, somebody always is — give them this room. There is a real workstation, surge-protected outlets for the pile of devices everyone travels with now, and fibre wifi throughout the house that does not fall over when fifteen people are streaming.
It shares the upstairs balcony with the loft, which is the best seat in the house around nine at night, once the pool has cleared out and the desert has finally cooled off.
King bed, 75″ Roku TV, and a private bathroom already stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash so that is three things nobody has to pack.
