Beautiful house with plenty of space and things to do. Cortney’s instructions were helpful and she was responsive. Definitely a perfect place for a guys trip or multiple families with kids.

Hands-down, the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Incredible home. Incredible host. Everything you could possibly think of was inside the house and ready to go. It was an amazing family get together because of this location and what it has to offer. We will be back next year! Do not hesitate on this one!!!!

The Color House was an excellent place for our large family. The house was exactly as described. Cortney answered all of our questions quickly and was proactive to help when things came up. She’s a great host. If we’re in the area again, we’ll be back.

Before I arrived another person in our party checked in and realized the power was out. After notifying the host they immediately messaged back and figured out that there was a local outage in the area and that it had nothing to do with the AIR BNB itself. Communication was flawless, the house was absolutely amazing and beautiful and made our first stay in Utah memorable.

Such an amazing spot for a multi-family gathering! We were accommodating ages 4 – 79, and there was something for everyone. The kids were in love with the pool and game room, and the grandparents enjoyed the outdoor seating, and the ability to retreat to the quiet office or bedroom for a break. The kitchen was well setup for feeding a big group & the cleanup afterwards. The house location was ideal for quick access to local state parks, and convenient drive to Zion. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stars.

Visiting in September made the heat reasonable and we had shade over the pool in the late afternoon to enjoy cooling down. Mostly it was a fantastic space for the family to be together, connect & relax, all while staying in the same space. The kids were able to have sleepovers in the bunk room and still be just down the hall from mom & dad. We’d love to go again if we get the chance.

This place is AMAZING! It has everything all in one place for a large group. The kitchen was fully stocked, all rooms have a restroom, pool equipped with a fun slide and jump off platform for the kids, putt putt next to the pool, game room, ping pong table, etc. There is a mountain view from the Olive/Green Room and in the outdoor pool area. Plenty of beach towels were available to use after a swim which was very nice. It was only 40 minutes away from Zion National Park. When we weren’t hiking, we were enjoying the amenities at the Color House. Courtney was in communication from the start of our stay and was very responsive to all my messages for the entire stay. It was such a comfortable stay and I highly recommend it for large groups! Our entire family praised how well this bnb was set up for large group gatherings and the host really put a lot of thought into the setup. This is our go to BnB when we return to UT!

We absolutely loved staying at Color House! It is a beautiful home in a great location. The home is decorated beautifully with spacious rooms and has an amazing backyard with a nice pool and hot tub. The hosts were also incredibly helpful and responsive. This is now our favorite place to stay in the area and we can’t wait to stay again soon!

This house is AMAZING! It is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. You have everything you could possible need. The kitchen has so many different appliances and baking/ serving dishes which make it great for large groups. Having two fridges and two ovens also makes the experience nicer with a large group. The backyard is beautifully designed and we loved spending as much time out there as possible. The rooms are all comfortable and the lounging areas are spacious. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely incredible stay! The space was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and our host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. 5 stars isn’t enough – we’d give it 10 if we could! 💫

We absolutely loved our stay at the Color House! The hosts were prompt and attentive with communications. The house was spotless when we arrived. We had plenty of room to spread out and I looked ved having a TV in every room for quiet time. The owners have literally thought of everything! I have not stayed in a rental that had a kitchen stocked the way this was- every appliance and tool you need to cook for big families all week. Having 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators and 3 sets of washers/dryers was a game changer for our big family. The kids never left the pool! It was beautiful and the slide and platform and basketball hoop kept them entertained for hours. I loved the location- it was not busy and was easy to get to. The home decor was incredible- beautiful and classy, nothing I was too worried about with little kids around. The game room in the garage was a huge hit as well, along with the PS5 and XBox. The kids did not want to leave, which was a huge compliment for the owners. We will absolutely be booking this place again

Excellent location just minutes from the best courses St. George has to offer. The house is made for trips with your friends and family and I would recommended it to anyone looking to have a good time in a great location.

This place might look too good to be true. We were hesitant to book at first because we thought the same thing – but let me just a tell you it is somehow even more incredible than it looks in the photos!

Everything in this home is designed to make your stay as cozy as possible. Each room had its own bathroom, TV, and stepping stool for kids. The bathrooms are all equipped with soaps and plenty of towels. There’s plenty of pool towels, an outside speaker, a waterfall and slide…seriously this place has it ALL!

Not only was there enough space, sitting places, utensils and plates for our large family…but everything was brand new and the best of the best. These hosts spared no expense when they put this home together. The beds, couches, even the bar stools were all so comfy. The game rooms are incredible. We have a large family ranging in all ages, and every single person in our family had a blast. Great responsive hosts as well! Definitely want to stay here with our family again.
